THE NINTH (9TH) ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Theme: : “Industry Specific E-Business Models, Theories, Strategic Approaches & Practices.
Proposals related to ALL different topics are welcome. We would like to have one or more special related to various vital industries worldwide - including healthcare;
Proposal Submission Guidelines: PROPOSALS ARE WELCOME UNTIL THE REVIEW PROCESS IS OVER & ALL THE MEETING SESSION SPACES ARE FILLED AND COMMITED.
PLEASE SUBMIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
(We will continue to accept proposals after the deadline has passed; however, because of the meeting space and time constraints, proposals submitted prior to the deadline would receive priority.)
1.. Please submit each proposal separately by e-mail as soon as possible to the following address: conference@iaeb.org (and cc to: adm@iaeb.net ) with subject line 'PROPOSAL 2009."
NO ATTACHMENTS! . Your proposal for papers, workshops, panels, exhibits, etc., should clearly specify your TITLE and, in less than 250 words, SUMMARIZE your subject or topic, its importance or relevance, data collection/analysis methodology if appropriate, findings, conclusions, and so forth. Please try to be as thorough and concise as possible. In your proposal, include, also, EACH author’s full name and information: First name, Middle name or Initial, LAST NAME/SURNAME, organizational/school affiliation, physical address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. Identify the contact person in case of multi-authors proposal.
If possible, indicate appropriate track(s), key words or subject area(s).
2. All submissions are subject to established guidelines and policies (see below), which the IAEB may change any time without any notice.
3. Based on the reviewers' recommendations, all submitted proposals will be accepted or rejected for conference presentation. Additionally, subject to policies and guidelines, certain accepted proposals (completed papers) will be published in THE E-BUSINESS REVIEW, Volume IX, (ISSN: 1550-7793) (ISBN: 0-9707955-8-0), a peer-reviewed, refereed publication.. Publication guidelines will be provided at a later date. After the conference, several outstanding papers will be invited for publication in THE JOURNAL OF E-BUSINESS (ISSN: 1542-0846), also a peer-reviewed, refereed journal.

POLICIES:
• All submitted proposals will go through a “blind-review” process as soon as possible. Once decisions (acceptance or rejection) have been made, individuals will be notified by e-mail and will be furnished information, such as conference registration, hotel room reservation, and publication guidelines, if applicable, based upon reviewers’ recommendations.
• Based on publication guidelines, the author(s) of each accepted proposal will prepare his/her/their manuscript for publication in THE E-BUSINESS REVIEW, Vol. VIII,. (ISSN: 1550-7793) (ISBN:0-9707955-8-0), a peer-reviewed/refereed publication.
• The IAE-B also intends to publish several outstanding papers in their entirety in THE JOURNAL OF E-BUSINESS (ISSN: 1542-0846), a peer-reviewed/ refereed publication, and/or in a book of contemporary readings in E-Commerce in collaboration with a well known-publishing company that has already contacted the Academy. All authors will be invited to submit their manuscript for publication consideration.
• The IAE-B intends to award certificates to top five “Outstanding Research” papers and also to the “Best Undergraduate Student Paper.”
• The tentative deadline for pre-registration of paper presenters and for The E-Business Review submissions is January 15, 2009.
• The Academy reserves the right to alter any policies, including submission guidelines, without any notice. Due to time and space limitations, the Academy may or may not allow more than two paper presentations by the same individual (solo or as co-author.)
