Proposal Submission Guidelines: Deadline: November 20, 2010
1. Please submit each proposal separately by e-mail as soon as possible to the following address: conference@iaeb.org (and cc to: adm@iaeb.net ) (and Subject Line, please write: “PROPOSAL 2011” (Please do NOT send as an email attachment)
2. In your proposal, include EACH author’s full name and information: First name, Middle name or Initial, LAST NAME/SURNAME, organizational/school affiliation, physical address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. Identify the contact person in case of multi-authors proposal.
3. Your proposal for papers, workshops, panels, exhibits, etc., should clearly specify your TITLE and, in less than 250 words, SUMMARIZE your subject or topic, its importance or relevance, data collection/analysis methodology if appropriate, findings, conclusions, and so forth. Please try to be as thorough and concise as possible.
4. If possible, indicate appropriate track(s), key words or subject area(s).
POLICIES
• All submitted proposals will go through a “blind-review” process as soon as possible. Once decisions (acceptance or rejection) have been made, individuals will be notified by e-mail and will be furnished information, such as conference registration, hotel room reservation, and publication guidelines, if applicable, based upon reviewers’ recommendations.
• Based on publication guidelines, the author(s) of each accepted proposal will prepare his/her/their manuscript for publication in the E-BUSINESS REVIEW, Volume XI, a peer-reviewed/refereed publication. (ISSN: 1550-7793)
• The IAEB also intends to publish several outstanding papers in their entirety in the Journal of E-Business, and/or in a book of readings on E-Commerce and E-Business in collaboration with a well known-publishing company that has already contacted the Academy. All authors will be invited to submit their manuscript for publication consideration.
• The IAEB intends to award certificates to top “Outstanding Research” papers. The “Best Undergraduate Student Paper” certificate may also be awarded if there is sufficient student participation.
• The tentative deadline for pre-registration of paper presenters and for The E-Business Review submissions is February 1, 2011.
• The Academy reserves the right to alter any policies, including submission guidelines, without any notice. Due to time and space limitations, the Academy may or may not allow more than two paper presentations by the same individual (solo or as co-author.)
(Late proposals may be accepted and reviewed. However, because of time and space constraints, proposals received prior to the deadline will receive preferential treatment.)
